Since 2008 · 18+ years

2008

Fish Camp Learning Sdn Bhd is launched in 2008 - with the tagline 'Building Teams, Moulding Leaders' that would grow into an award-winning international enterprise.

2010

Commissioned to design and deliver an organization-wide cultural transformation and development program for Sunrise Berhad, coaching and enabling over 400 employees.

2011

Entrusted to design and deliver an organization-wide cultural transformation and development program for DHL IT Services, which had over 1,000 employees at the time.
Obtained the Distributorship and Master Trainer (Malaysia) accreditation with Institute of Motivational Living inc. USA allowing us to administer DISC Personality Systems assessment tools and DISC Certification programs.

2012

Delivered a Management Trainee & Customer Service transformation for OCBC Bank spanning 2,000 employees.
Launched our inaugural Masterclass Training on Experiential Learning & Debriefing Program with Prof. Colin Beard and Dr. Roger Greenaway.
Earned Team Management System certification.

2013

Designed a team-building & personal development programme for 600+ Public Mutual employees.
Received the Belbin Team Profile accreditation.

2015

Obtained the accreditation for Distributorship and Master trainer (Malaysia) from Paradigm Personality Labs, USA allowing us to administer the Workplace Big Five Profile range of assessment tools and certifications.
Earned accreditation and partnership with Discovery Learning Inc USA and SIMDustry German to provide business simulation learning.
Earned certifications for The Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team and Lego®SeriousPlay®.

2016

Launched our Leadership Development Programme Series.

2017

Launched partnership with Business Today Simulation International, USA
Obtained Distributor and Master Trainer for Strengthscope International UK in offering various strength-based assessment tools.
Earned Resellership with RSVP Design UK.
Certified as Global Leadership Facilitator for Continental International.
Obtained endorsement from the Institute of Leadership & Management UK for our leadership programme series.

2018

Obtained Associate Partnership with TRACOM USA.
Obtained Accreditation for Reina Trust Building, USA.

2019

Established Partnership with DISPRZ India in providing online digital and virtual learning experiences for clients.

2020

Obtained Distributorship and Master Trainer (Malaysia, Indonesia & Philippines) with Multi-Health Systems Inc. Canada, allowing us to provide EQ-i 2.0 & EQ-i 2.0 360 certifications and a wide range of EQ-i assessment tools.
Earned Accredited Resilience Coach with Resilience Institute, Switzerland.
Obtained Partnership with HDX Simulations, UAE to provide online leadership simulation gaminars.

2022

Established partnership with Centre of Leadership Studies, USA to deliver Situational Leadership program.
